IT Services

NHTI’s IT Services Department is here to help you connect to classes and the campus community. We are located in Sweeney Hall, room 103. 

We are open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., except holidays. We can be reached in our office, by phone 603-230-4063, or by email Please add specific identifiers in the subject line – such as “login issue,” “MFA issue,” or “password issue.”

The central CCSNH IT help desk is also available to assist you with password resets and multi-factor authentication issues. If the NHTI IT help desk is not available, the central IT help desk has hours of 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, and is closed on weekends and holidays. Multi-Factor Authentication

NHTI is now using multi-factor authentication – which means using a few different technological ways to verify that you are who you say you are – to help you securely log on to your student portal. If you’re a little unsure of what this means, you’re not alone!
