Total Body Conditioning Class
- Students are FREE
- Faculty and Staff: small fee: $8/class and can pay at end of session in December
- ALL levels welcome

- Modifications made to adapt to all levels of fitness
Class Description: 45 minutes of a multi-level workout incorporating strength, light cardio and core in one workout. Using stability balls, resistance bands and weights (plus a few other surprises), this class will boost your energy for the rest of the day! This class is suitable for ALL fitness levels and is coached with lots of modifications when needed.
