Online Support Services

Whether you’re taking classes entirely online, in the evening, during the day, or a combination, take advantage of our world-class learner support services and nationally recognized student activities. Your student fees pay for these opportunities. Take advantage of them.

Got a question? Throughout your degree or certificate program (from enrollment to graduation), your academic advisor is your first point of contact for information, advice, career counseling, registration, forms, etc. Contact them directly, or email NHTIadvising@ccsnh.edu for the general mailbox.

All NHTI students can use the services of the Academic Center for Excellence, which has a very useful repository of online writing resources, math links, study guides, and self-assessments. And, as an NHTI student, you also have access to 24/7 online tutoring for every online class.

The NHTI Learning Commons Library has many online resources that you can access from your computer, laptop, and mobile device. If you venture on campus, you have access to all of our library resources and facilities, and online, you can access databases and resources, plus eJournals, enewspapers, and periodicals!

If you’ve got a technical question, or an IT issue, you’ll find the help you need in every online class. Our Technology Services Helpdesk Office may be reached at 603-230-4063 or NHTIitsupport@ccsnh.edu.

Just because you’re online doesn’t mean you can’t show off your NHTI pride! Find your course materials at the NHTI campus store, along with clothing, mugs, and other fan gear.
